Retail Orders

Orders are shipped by USPS or FedEx based on the size of the order. All Sales are Final.

The following should go on the retail order form

Shipping and Handling in the US:

• 1-2 patterns add $1.00 for shipping

• For each additional pattern add 35¢ per pattern for shipping.

Customer Information - Please provide your name, shipping address, and telephone number.

Payment Information – We except VISA, MasterCard, Discover, personal check, or money orders as payment for your order. 

Personal Check or Money Order Payments Procedure

If paying by personal check or money order, please print the retail order form. Complete the three sections on the order form and mail it with your payment to the address on the form. 

If you wish, you can email me directly to place your order. I’ll review it and send a confirming email back with your total and order number to note on your payment. Your order will be sent as soon as I receive your payment in the mail.

Credit Card Payments Procedure

If paying by credit card, please print the retail order form. Complete the three sections on the order form and mail it with your payment information to the address on the form.  

If you wish, you can email me directly to place your order, please include your telephone number. PLEASE DO NOT send your credit card information in the email. I’ll review it and send a confirming email back with your total and order number. You will receive a call from me to request your credit card information over the phone.
